Omie’s is my favorite coffee shop to go to in Durham !! All of the staff are super friendly, their drinks are phenomenal and they always have great pastry options. My go-to drink is an iced “mabel”, which is genuinely the BEST honey lavender latte you’ll EVER get in the Triangle! They also have super creative seasonal drink offerings that are worth trying out 😊 Omie’s also uses locally sourced ingredients, roast their own coffee and are super involved in their community 🤍 plenty of parking, too. Go check them out!

What a nice find! Excellent house-roasted coffee, carefully crafted into delicious drinks. Don’t miss the fine selection of baked goods - have a cinnamon pull apart if available. Pleasant community vibe to the little shop. This would be a regular stop if I lived nearby.

The best coffee we've had in Durham. My husband and I really enjoy good coffee and typically are int he hunt for a good third wave coffee shop. Not only was their coffee flavorful but their latte's were as well. At the time they were making an excellent home made pumpkin syrup which if I remember correctly had browned butter within it. So so good. Addison, the owner, kindly welcomed us into her shop at the counter and calmly served us our drinks and treats. Not only do they make their drinks with skill, but they roast their own beans and have produces incredible flavor profiles. We purchased some bags of beans and it was well worth the price, even to the point that we have considered having them shipped to us.I also really appreciated that they used so many compostable produces and clearly had a focus on reducing waste. Thank you Omie's. We have multiple kids and they have created a wonderful space for kids and parents to hang out, which was such a relief and help. I plan to go every time we are back in Durham and hope you give this place a try, it's well worth your time and money. They also have great spaces to sit and work or chat with a friend. This place is a gem of the city that I hope you find.

Lovely, cozy place! I have gone here alone to study as well as with friends and had a nice experience each time. Their cold brew is fantastic! Parking seems sparse, but you can park next door at the kings grocery (they have an agreement with that store) so parking is actually very easy. They have coffee drinks and pastries

Really excellent coffee. I ordered an iced vanilla oat milk latte (which is my litmus test for coffee shops) and it was delicious. Subtly sweet, not overly syrupy, and perfectly blended. The shop itself is so cute and bright. I’ll definitely be back :)

Cozy coffee shop on the corner with an eclectic feel. Simple menu, no frills, but just good coffee. Small venue, but worth the wait. Limited hours. Would recommend The Mabel, iced, if you you like your coffee on the sweet side.

We're not coffee snobs, but we're definitely coffee enthusiasts and can tell good coffee from not-so-good coffee. Omie's has the good stuff. We got one drip and two specialty drinks. The specialty drinks were great - layered, nuanced flavors that were not too sweet. Exactly what you want... Unless you think Starbucks makes great lattes. Overall, an amazing coffee experience. We'll be back!

I needed to take a work call and grab something to drink, so I picked the closest coffee shop with the best rating, and I was not disappointed! The way I came in off the highway had the shop on my right, but I passed it the first time as the signage doesn't stand out if you aren't from the area. Coming back from the left made getting in and finding a parking space a little difficult. The layout of the shop is nice, and I found a great spot to get some work done and enjoy my matcha lemonade (Cabbage Patch Kid) and blueberry scone. I'm not sure if it was the WiFi or my laptop, but I did have some trouble with my video call. But, hey, it is free LOL Service was friendly, but I was surprised I was not offered a warmed up scone. Not sure if that is an option. Would definitely stop in again the next time I'm passing through!

The latte was flavorful and delicious. Service was quick, friendly, and the vibes were fantastic even with a line. Make a stop here if you are in North Durham!

Delicious coffee! Not too sweet despite the fun flavors of syrups, which I appreciate. Great and speedy service even considering the line was almost out the door! A hidden gem!
